Where is the event?

Cork Vegfest happens on Saturday 7th May in Cork City Hall (entrance from Terence McSwiney Quay).

What time is the event on?

Cork Vegfest will start at 11 am and doors close at 6:00 pm.

How can I get there? Walking? By bike? By public transport?

Cork City Hall is conveniently located in City Centre. It is serviced by a number of public transport routes including buses 202, 203, 206, 207, 215, 216, 220, 223, 226. Please check bus routes and timetables here.

Where can I park my car or bike?

Cyclists will find several bike racks on the sides of Cork City Hall. To park your car, you can use ample street parking available in Cork City.

What is the schedule for the day?

Do I have to be vegan to attend?

No, you don’t have to be vegan to attend. Everyone is welcome.

Where can I get a ticket?

Tickets will be available soon.

Can I bring my dog?

Afraid not. The venue and the nature of the event (masses of people, heat, etc.) are going to put your animal companion under too much stress.

Can kids come along?

Kids are welcome at Cork Vegfest. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their children. All kids must be supervised at all times. Maximum of two children permitted per ticket.

Is there an ATM near by?

Come prepared with cash. Check out the map below for the closest ATM.

Will all the food be vegan?

Yes, absolutely. All food will be 100% vegan. You will most likely find other dietary options (ie gluten free, raw, etc.) Enjoy!

Can we bring in outside food or beverages?

Bringing a water bottle is fine; otherwise, food, beverages and more are for sale inside. No glass bottles are permitted on the festival grounds.

Are there baby changing facilities in the venue?

Yes, there are baby changing facilities in ladies toilet in the Concert Hall and a baby-changing room in the Millennium Hall.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Cork City Hall is wheelchair accessible.

Is Cork Vegfest zero waste?

Cork Vegfest aims to be as zero waste as possible.

We will do our part, our vendors will be doing their part, and we need you to do your part to ensure that we all succeed.

We encourage all stallholders to use compostable, biodegradable packaging.

You are encouraged to bring your own food container, spoon, fork, cloth napkin, reusable shopping bag as well as your own water bottle and refill it at the event.
